This proposal introduces three changes to integrate with Arbitrum One and Nova: Dynamic Pricing assigns separate prices per resource type (compute, storage, calldata, logs) instead of a single global price; the Stylus contract size limit jumps from 24 KB to 96 KB, 4x the Solidity ceiling, and a new BaseFeeManager to adjust the minimum L2 base fee between 0.01 and 0.10 gwei.
