The Opportunity for Founders
At Founder House Singapore, teams will get the opportunity to take their products from MVP to launch ready on Arbitrum One and Robinhood Chain.
Over 3 days, teams can expect:
Day 1: Sharpen Your Product
Teams will get direct, hands-on mentorship across product-market-fit, product direction, technical infrastructure and more from the Arbitrum ecosystem
Outcome - Sharpen what you’re building and leave with a clearer path to launch onchain.
Day 2: Growth, Distribution & Ecosystem Access
Teams will work through go-to-market strategies, explore distribution paths and growth.
Outcome - Identify your customers, sharper positioning and a plan to get your product in front of the right users.
Day 3: Demo Day + Prizes
Selected teams will pitch their products to the Arbitrum Foundation, Offchain, Robinhood Chain and industry leaders
Outcome - Winning teams will leave with up to $300K USDG in prizes and grants plus an invitation to join Arbitrum’s eight-week Mentorship Program in collaboration with Robinhood Chain
Which Teams Should Register?
We’re looking for cracked teams with an MVP, prototype or early-stage startups that are ready to sharpen their product, refine their go-to-market strategy and launch on Arbitrum One or Robinhood Chain.
We’re especially looking for teams building across:

$300K USDG in Prizes & Grants in Collaboration with Robinhood Chain
Founder House Singapore will award $300K USDG in prizes and grants and invite winning teams into Arbitrum’s eight-week Mentorship Program in collaboration with Robinhood Chain.
General Category - $120K
The top three teams at Founder House Singapore will receive:
- 1st place: $60K USDG
- 2nd place: $40K USDG
- 3rd place: $20K USDG
At least one of the top three teams will be selected from projects building on Robinhood Chain.
Robinhood Chain Founder-in-Residence - $60K
A dedicated award for an outstanding team building exclusively on Robinhood Chain.
Robinhood Chain Innovation Award - $30K
Awarded to a project demonstrating exceptional innovation on Robinhood Chain.
Best Promising Products - $20K
Awarded to teams solving genuine market needs across Arbitrum One and Robinhood Chain.
The top three teams in this category will share $20K in prizes, with at least one winner building on Robinhood Chain.
Additional Grants - $70K
The Arbitrum Foundation has reserved an additional $70K in grants for selected teams demonstrating strong potential and ecosystem alignment.
Milestone-Based Funding
For most prize tracks, a portion of the funding will be distributed upfront, with the remainder tied to development milestones supporting teams as they continue building after Founder House concludes.
