Introducing the Arbitrum Mentorship Program: Access, Capital, and Strategic Support

As the ecosystem continues to expand, the Arbitrum Foundation is doubling down on teams building category-leading applications on Arbitrum chains, such as Arbitrum One and Robinhood Chain. Today, the Foundation is opening applications for its Mentorship Program, a highly selective initiative designed to support up to 15 teams. Applications close on April 7, 2026, with the program kicking off on April 13, 2026.

Selected teams will receive hands-on guidance on product development and growth strategies, alongside direct ecosystem distribution support and curated investor introductions. The program is designed to turn strong builders into breakout successes on Arbitrum.

Participating builders will be paired with a dedicated mentor and supported through structured sessions and periodic check-ins throughout the program. Teams will collaborate closely with leading ecosystem teams, such as Variational, Pendle, Fhenix, GMX, and Robinhood Chain. Builders will also have access to curated sessions and introductions to top-tier venture partners, such as Pantera Capital, Electric Capital, Lightspeed, Tandem* by Offchain Labs, IOSG, and more. In addition, close partners and leading infrastructure providers at Alchemy, Dune, OpenZeppelin, and LayerZero will mentor builders directly.

While participation does not guarantee investment or commercial partnerships, this level of access is designed to give builders meaningful exposure to both best-in-class operators and investors, helping teams move from early prototype to live applications on Arbitrum.

Mentorship Program Structure

The Arbitrum Mentorship Program is an eight-week equity-free program starting on April 13, 2026. To help teams move from prototype to Arbitrum launch, mentors will run workshops focusing on go-to-market strategy, partnerships, fundraising readiness, and product execution, among other things. Each session focuses on delivering actionable insights from top operators, enabling teams to move from theory to shipped product with clarity and confidence.

The program concludes with a Demo Day, where teams present to leading investors and ecosystem partners. The top three teams will receive $100K in non-dilutive awards, recognizing standout execution and progress

Who can apply?

Applications are open to early-stage builders at MVP, pre-seed, or seed stages. Founders must build or commit to build on Arbitrum. If you want to increase your chances of being selected, you should demonstrate:

  • A working prototype or early product
  • Full-time commitment to build
  • Mindset to become a top Arbitrum-native protocol

The winners of the Open House NYC Buildathon and Founder House will also be invited to participate.
